Job description

We’re looking for responsible and experienced drivers to join an exciting mapping data collection project across Europe.

In this role, you’ll drive a company vehicle equipped with advanced 360° cameras and LiDAR sensors to collect street-level imagery of public roads, landmarks, and points of interest. The data you collect will help improve one of the world’s leading online mapping platforms. This is more than a driving job - you’ll work with innovative technology while exploring new areas and contributing to real-world mapping projects.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive a company vehicle along assigned routes.
  • Operate data collection equipment installed in the vehicle.
  • Capture high-quality street imagery of public roads and points of interest.
  • Follow collection guidelines and daily schedules.
  • Perform basic equipment checks and report any issues.
  • Revisit locations when needed to ensure image quality, depending on weather conditions.

Project Details

  • Project duration: 3 to 6 months (depending on the assigned area)
  • Company vehicle and equipment provided
  • Full training before the project starts

Requirements

  • Valid EU driver’s licence
  • At least 5 years of driving experience
  • Professional driving experience (taxi, delivery, chauffeur, logistics, or similar) is an advantage
  • Clean driving and criminal record
  • Good communication skills in English and the local language
  • Comfortable using smartphones and Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Google Forms, Google Sheets)
  • Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance
  • Reliable, responsible, and safety-focused
  • Comfortable driving in different locations and enjoying travel
