Job description
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java 8 or higher, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
- Build and consume RESTful and SOAP-based web services, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.
- Own the end-to-end (E2E) development lifecycle, from requirement analysis and development to deployment, post-go-live support, and maintenance.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and related DevOps tools.
- Ensure code quality through best practices such as code reviews, version control, and automated builds.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide long-term fixes and optimizations.
Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in Java-based application development.
- Strong expertise in Java 8 or above, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
- Proven experience working with REST and SOAP web services.
- Solid understanding of DevOps practices, including Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automation.
- Hands-on experience with Git, Maven, Jenkins, and Docker concepts.
- Strong exposure to Eclipse and/or IntelliJ IDEs for enterprise development.
- Demonstrated experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
You Should Possess the Ability to:
- Translate business and technical requirements into scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Work independently on complex modules while mentoring junior team members when required.
- Manage both development and post-production support, ensuring application stability after go-live.
- Analyze system performance issues and recommend architectural or code-level improvements.
- Adapt quickly to evolving technologies and project requirements.
