SAP CC / CM - Consultant

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic SAP CC (Convergent Charging) / CM (Convergent Mediation) Consultant to join our innovative team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your consulting experience and technical acumen to shape the future of enterprise systems., * Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP Convergent Charging and Mediation modules, ensuring seamless integration with existing enterprise systems.

• Conduct comprehensive business analysis to identify process inefficiencies and develop tailored solutions for process improvement.
• Facilitate large-scale organizational change management initiatives by designing and executing strategies that promote adoption and sustainment of new systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to map current processes, define future state workflows, and implement best practices aligned with client objectives.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables through effective project management methodologies, ensuring timely delivery within scope.
• Provide strategic consulting on technology upgrades, system enhancements, and innovative solutions to support business growth.
• Engage in research to stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business transformation and management consulting.

A senior SAP CC developer with minimum hands-on implementation experience of 3-4 projects. Good knowledge of various pricing, rating and charging models. Integration knowledge with SAP CM, SAP CI and SAP CRM / SOM. Good communication skills with experience on stakeholder handling. Good solution architecture skills in SAP CC., * Proven project management experience in technology environments, preferably within consulting firms or large enterprise settings.

• Extensive knowledge of SAP CC / CM modules, including configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting.
• Strong expertise in change management strategies, business analysis, process mapping, and lean management principles.
• Demonstrated success in leading large-scale organizational change management initiatives involving complex stakeholder engagement.
• Background in management consulting with a focus on strategic planning, process improvement, and business development.
• Excellent analysis skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights for clients.
• Experience conducting research on industry best practices and applying them to client projects to foster continuous improvement.

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
