ServiceNow Developer

• Build and maintain workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, script includes, and ACLs
• Develop and consume REST/SOAP integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems (Active Directory, Workday, SAP, Jira, monitoring tools, etc.)
• Work across core modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, Service Catalog, CMDB, Knowledge
• Build Flow Designer flows, scheduled jobs, and scoped applications
• Translate business requirements into clean, maintainable technical solutions
• Perform unit testing, support UAT, and manage update sets across Dev * Test * Prod
• Collaborate with architects, BAs, PMs, and other developers in Agile/Scrum delivery

• 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience - required, no exceptions
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - required, active certification
• Strong JavaScript skills; proficiency with HTML, CSS, XML, and JSON
• Demonstrated experience with at least two ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, GRC, ITAM, SPM, etc.)
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server, IntegrationHub)
• Solid understanding of GlideRecord, GlideAjax, GlideAggregate, and the ServiceNow data model
• Familiarity with update sets, scoped applications, and release management
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field - or equivalent hands-on experience

• Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• CIS certifications (ITSM, HR, CSM, Discovery, SecOps, etc.)
• Experience with Service Portal, custom widgets, and AngularJS
• ITIL v3/v4 Foundation
