Quality Assurance Technician (Hardware Test Engineering)

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to support hardware test engineering activities. The role involves executing hardware and system tests, maintaining test equipment, performing manual Teleoperation (TeleOp) sessions for AI model data collection, and collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure product quality., Perform maintenance, repair, and calibration of test equipment and fixtures. Set up and execute hardware, system, environmental, and verification tests. Conduct manual TeleOp sessions to collect data for AI/foundation model training. Create, maintain, and execute test cases, test plans, and documentation. Collect, analyze, and report test data while providing actionable feedback. Support prototype builds, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain test environments. Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, software, and automation teams.

Strong electro-mechanical aptitude with experience using tools and measurement equipment. Solid computer skills and familiarity with test software and data systems. Basic scripting or computer language knowledge is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

Experience supporting environmental testing (thermal, vibration). Exposure to AI, robotics, or automation environments. Strong problem-solving skills with a high level of ownership and attention to detail.
