Job description

A growing international events business is investing heavily in the digital transformation of its sponsorship division and is looking for an experienced Senior Power Platform Developer to lead the design and delivery of modern Microsoft-based solutions. This is an opportunity to join a small, highly collaborative IT team where you’ll have genuine ownership, influence technical direction, and help shape the future of the organisation’s business systems., We are hiring a Senior Power Platform Developer / Business Systems Developer to deliver end-to-end low-code solutions across the Microsoft Power Platform. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will own projects from initial discovery through to deployment, combining business analysis, solution design, and hands-on development.

  • Design, develop, and deliver end-to-end Power Platform solutions
  • Lead requirements gathering, workshops, and solution scoping with business stakeholders
  • Build applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse
  • Deliver integrations with third-party systems using APIs
  • Work closely with business users to improve processes and drive digital transformation
  • Take ownership of solution architecture, development, testing, and deployment
  • Collaborate with the wider IT team while operating with a high level of autonomy

Requirements

  • Strong commercial experience with Microsoft Power Platform
  • Expertise in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse
  • Experience integrating systems through APIs
  • Ability to deliver projects from requirements gathering through to implementation
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of technical delivery
  • Dynamics 365 CE experience would be advantageous
  • Power BI experience is beneficial but not essential
  • Approximately 10 years’ experience in technical roles is preferred THE OFFER

Benefits & conditions

  • £65,000-£85,000
  • 12-month FTC with the possibility of an 18-month contract and strong potential to become permanent
  • Fully remote working with quarterly travel to the Staines office
