Business Applications Analyst

Acts as a technical expert on complex and specialist subject(s). Supports management with the analysis, interpretation and application of complex information, contributing to the achievement of divisional and corporate goals. Supports or leads projects by applying area of expertise.

Under general supervision, Interacts with Business Partners &/or IT Staff to Gather & Document Information Related to Requirements &/ or Software Testing, Gathers Information From Multiple Sources & Independently Sorts Low to Medium Complexity Business Issues to Recommend Appropriate Direction, Analyzes Business Processes & Associates Them to Software Deliverables, Develops &/ or Executes Test Scripts Against Requirements, Drafts & Reviews Documentation in Compliance with the Fedex Global Development Process, Develops & /or Maintains a Business Model That Reflects Current Processes & Business Rules, Identifies Impacted Systems & Dependencies for Consideration in Resolving Business Issues, Interacts with Business Partners &/or P&E Staff to Gather & Document Information Related to Requirements &/or Testing, Analyzes Business Processes & Associates Them to deliverables. Strong Analytical Skills, Problem Solving Skills, Judgement & Decision Making Skills, Influencing & Persuasion Skills, Interpersonal Skills - Associates Degree/equivalent required in Business or Computer Science, or related discipline. Project Administration Experience - 2+ years experience in field/industry; 1 year with FedEx preferred
