Job description
Seeking a Systems Specialist with experience in PTC Windchill PLM administration and engineering change management in a regulated environment. The role will support PLM administration, document control, design control processes, audit readiness, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure data integrity and compliance., * Administer and maintain PTC Windchill PLM, including user access, security, and business objects.
- Manage engineering change processes (Change Requests, Change Notices, Problem Reports).
- Maintain controlled documents, CAD data, parts, BOMs, products, libraries, and projects.
- Support Design History Files (DHF), Device Master Records (DMR), and document control activities.
- Ensure proper version control, metadata, and release of engineering documentation.
- Support internal/external audits, traceability reporting, CAPA, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Project Management, and other cross-functional teams.
- Participate in PLM system enhancements, validation, and continuous process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3-5 years of experience administering or supporting PTC Windchill PLM.
- Experience in engineering change management, document control, and design control processes.
- Strong understanding of regulated environments and quality systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office., * Experience in medical device or other highly regulated industries.
- Knowledge of DHF, DMR, MLO, and engineering documentation.
- Experience with Windchill workflows, lifecycle management, and PLM-ERP/CAD integrations (e.g., SAP).
