Job description
A Delivery Project Manager oversees the end-to-end lifecycle of projects, ensuring on-time, within-scope, and high-quality delivery. They manage resources, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communication while enforcing project governance, typically requiring 5+ years of experience in IT/technical implementation and proficiency in methodologies like Agile or PMP., End-to-End Delivery Accountable for project completion from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to scope and client requirements.
Planning & Scheduling Develop detailed project plans, defining milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.
Risk & Issue Management Proactively identify project risks, devise mitigation plans, and manage issues, escalations, and dependencies.
Stakeholder Communication Serve as the central point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular status updates on progress, KPIs, and financials (P&L/budget).
Quality Assurance Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and align with client specifications (e.g., HLD/LLD).
Team Leadership Lead cross-functional , facilitating collaboration and fostering a productive working environment.
Requirements
Experience Proven experience (often 5-10+ years) in technical project management or service delivery.
Education Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
Certifications PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred.
Technical Skills Proficiency in MS Projects, Jira, or similar project management tools.
Soft Skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical problem-solving abilities.
