Job description

  • Build, maintain, and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines for ingesting, transforming, and processing data.
  • Ensure data pipelines are scalable, reliable, and efficient.
  • Design and implement data models, warehouses, and lakehouse architectures.
  • Optimize data storage solutions using relational (SQL) and NoSQL databases.
  • Work with big data technologies like Spark, Hadoop, and Kafka for large-scale data processing.
  • Deploy and manage data solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Improve query performance and storage efficiency.
  • Implement indexing, partitioning, and caching strategies for faster data retrieval.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Main Projects: Converting from old JDE to new JDE- rewriting all integrations in SSIS to stored procedures- moving to Mulesoft and building a Lakehouse and Fabric SQL version is 2014 - this person will be helping to move to SQL 2025 Managed service provider helping in moving but this person will be leading efforts

Requirements

We are seeking candidates with strong experience in:

  • SQL (advanced query development, performance tuning, and data modeling)
  • Microsoft Fabric (data engineering, pipelines, and analytics workloads)
  • MuleSoft (API-led connectivity, integrations, and orchestration)

The ideal candidate should also have:

  • Experience designing and building scalable data pipelines
  • Strong understanding of data architecture and integration patterns
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with business and technical teams
  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms

Benefits & conditions

Salary: $120,000-130,000 annually plus 15% bonus depending on skills and experience, Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
