Website Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Website Administrator to join our team. The Website Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company website, ensuring that it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and visually appealing. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of website design, development, and maintenance, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills., * Design and develop web pages and content for the company website

• Monitor and update website content to ensure accuracy and relevance
• Optimize website for search engine rankings and user experience
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the website
• Regularly review and analyze website traffic and user engagement to make recommendations for improvements
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop and implement website strategies
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in website design and development
• Train and support staff on website usage and content management
• Ensure website compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Design, or a related field
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and content management systems (e.g. WordPress)
• Experience with SEO best practices and website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of healthcare industry and pediatric care is a plus
