The LGIP Administrator will be responsible for leading participant services operations utilizing multiple investment management software systems. The LGIP Administrator will be responsible for LGIP Offering investor communications, providing participant statistics for OST senior management reports and for working with OST portfolio managers to anticipate liquidity needs of LGIP participants, As part of our team, you will:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client and participant communications, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional responses.
- Administer investor account and transaction management software, including account setup, maintenance, troubleshooting, and coordination with internal technical teams.
- Monitor, analyze, and report participant activity, generating summary statistics on account usage, transaction frequency, liquidity needs, and other key operational metrics.
- Prepare and distribute client communications related to administrative updates, policy notices, portfolio holdings, performance results, and other investor information.
- Coordinate with OST portfolio managers and investment operations staff to gather information and ensure consistent, accurate, and compliant communications.
- Support the creation and refinement of communication workflows, templates, and reporting processes to improve efficiency and client experience.
- Assist in onboarding new participants or clients by providing system guidance, administrative support, and training on account tools or reporting features.
- Identify potential issues or irregularities in account activity, data, or reporting, and escalate appropriately to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the organization’s investment programs, portfolio structure, and reporting frameworks to effectively support client inquiries.
- Provide input for investor participant liquidity needs to OST portfolio managers and detailed liquidity reporting to senior management.
Requirements
The LGIP Administrator will be expected to interact effectively with OST division directors, as well as senior management and should have good communication and presentation skills.
The candidate will be expected to be a strong team player with ability to work collaboratively yet also have the ability to work independently., * Completion of a bachelors’ (four-year) college degree in a business-related major (e.g. Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Statistics)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse stakeholders and maintain a professional, client-focused tone.
- Three to five years of experience in client or customer relationship management, investor relations, financial services operations, or account administration
- High level of proficiency in Excel and other data-analysis tools to generate summary reporting and participant statistics
- Good knowledge and experience using MS PowerPoint, MS Word and MS Teams
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to adapt and think critically given various scenarios, * Team player
- Detail-oriented
- Demonstrated experience administering investor account and transaction management software or similar financial systems, with strong attention to data integrity and accuracy.
- Proficiency in analyzing, interpreting, and reporting participant or client activity metrics (e.g., account usage, transaction patterns, liquidity needs, and other key operational indicators).
- Strong ability to prepare and deliver clear, accurate client communications, including administrative updates, portfolio holdings information, performance summaries, and policy changes.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple client inquiries, reporting deadlines, and communication workflows simultaneously.

OST is seeking an LGIP Administrator to lead investor customer support, including transaction operations for participants investing in LGIP Offerings (commingled investment portfolios).
