Requirements

7+ years in software engineering

  • 2+ years in AI
  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong Python programming
  • Backend/API development experience
  • Hands-on with Large Language Models (LLMs)
  • Experience with LangChain/agent frameworks
  • Proven track record deploying AI solutions to production (not just building models)
  • Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools
  • Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have):
  • Financial services/private markets experience
  • Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, and MLOps
