BAE Systems is seeking a Configuration Analyst II to support hardware configuration management activities for complex defense systems. This role involves maintaining engineering technical data packages, managing engineering changes, supporting configuration audits, and ensuring compliance with configuration management processes throughout the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Perform Hardware Configuration Management activities
• Maintain Engineering Technical Data Packages (TDP)
• Process Engineering Change Requests (ECR/ECO)
• Support Configuration Management and Quality Audits
• Maintain configuration baselines
• Manage product data within PLM/PDM systems
• Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality and Supply Chain teams
• Prepare reports, metrics and technical documentation
• Ensure compliance with company and military configuration standards

• Technical Associate Degree OR 4 years of Configuration Management experience
• Minimum 2 years of Configuration Management experience
• Experience with PLM or PDM systems
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• US Citizenship required
