Inventory Technician

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Inventory Technician to support our Cultivation team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, and able to work independently while maintaining accurate inventory records in a fast-paced environment., · Maintain accurate inventory records for the cultivation department.

· Assist with order fulfillment by preparing and organizing products for internal transfers and distribution.

· Perform routine inventory counts, reconciliations, and audits.

· Ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with company policies and state regulations.

· Provide support with METRC tracking, data entry, and inventory management.

· Enter and maintain inventory data using Microsoft Excel and other inventory management systems.

· Communicate effectively with cultivation and operations teams to resolve inventory discrepancies.

· Keep inventory areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety and regulatory standards.

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Self-starter with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Experience with inventory management; cannabis industry or METRC experience is preferred but not required.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentand adapt to changing priorities.

· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods as needed
