Senior .NET Developer

We’re looking for an experienced Senior .NET Developer to join a high-performing technology team supporting front-office trading platforms within a global financial services organization. This role offers the opportunity to build and enhance mission-critical applications used by trading desks across multiple asset classes in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

As a key member of the development team, you’ll work alongside business stakeholders, product owners, and fellow engineers to deliver innovative technology solutions that support trading operations and business growth.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and enhance enterprise applications using C# and the .NET framework.
• Partner with product managers, business analysts, and traders to understand business objectives and translate them into technical solutions.
• Participate in Agile development activities, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
• Develop high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code while following established development standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues, implement enhancements, and support business-critical applications.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including system designs, development standards, and deployment processes.
• Collaborate with global technology teams to deliver reliable solutions that support front-office trading functions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong expertise in C# and the .NET ecosystem.
• Experience working in Agile software development environments using tools such as Jira, Scrum, or Kanban.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop effective solutions for complex business challenges.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Previous experience supporting front-office trading applications within a financial services environment.
• Knowledge of fixed income markets, interest rate derivatives, swaps, repos, or other capital markets products is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with electronic trading platforms, trade lifecycle processes, or risk management systems is a plus.
