Senior Full Stack Developer (.NET/React)

We’re seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer with strong .NET and React experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across the stack, solving technical challenges,and leveraging modern AI tools to move faster and deliver smarter solutions.

You will wear a lot of hats in this role, but all of them boil down to one common goal - using software and cloud solutions to make other businesses work better. Therefore, experience across a common spectrum of systems - including cloud

What We’re Looking For:

• Proficiency in .NET (C#) and React with a solid understanding of full-stack web development.

• Experience working with SQL databases and writing efficient queries.

• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines like GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, etc.

• Experience working in a cloud system like Azure or AWS.

• Hands-on experience using modern AI development tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or similar tools as part of your daily workflow.

• Comfort integrating AI into development processes (prompt engineering, debugging with AI, generating test cases, accelerating documentation, etc.).

• A pragmatic problem solver who can “right fit” solutions for clients - balancing technical excellence with delivering real value.

• A strong communicator who can collaborate effectively with internal teams to refine requirements and execute development work efficiently.

• Ability to work independently while also contributing to a growing team and supporting others as needed.

Awesome, but not a deal breaker:

• Experience building AI-integrated applications (RAG systems, embeddings, AI agents, etc.).

• Experience scaling AI-driven systems in production.

• Python experience is a plus.
