Job description

As a Technical Team Lead, you will play a vital role in guiding and supporting your team to achieve great things. You will:

  • Oversee and mentor a small team of C# developers, ensuring their professional growth and the quality of their work.
  • Lead the design and architecture of software solutions and guide the team in best practices.
  • Champion the effective use of AI tools across the team to boost delivery speed and quality.
  • Participate in planning and ensure a timely delivery of commitments.
  • Address and resolve technical issues and challenges during development.
  • Facilitate effective collaboration within the team and with other stakeholders.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of the architecture and processes.
  • Contribute to resource allocation decisions from the team’s perspective.
  • Foster a positive team dynamic.

Are you passionate about leading a small team of talented software engineers and driving excellence in software development? We’re looking for a dynamic Technical Team Lead to join our Delivery team. With our unique product making waves in the market and a vibrant scale-up spirit, this is the perfect opportunity to be part of something special., * Proficiency in C#: Extensive experience with C# programming language and the .NET framework.

  • Full stack exposure to other technologies like React, Flutter, Python are a major plus.
  • Cloud Environment: Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
  • Software Architecture and Design: Ability to design secure, scalable and maintainable software architectures.
  • Database Management: Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and knowledge of ORMs (e.g., Entity Framework).

  • Web Development: Proficiency in ASP.NET Core and related web technologies.
  • API Development: Experience with RESTful API design and implementation; gRPC is a plus.
  • Identity and Access Management: Experience with authentication and authorization patterns (e.g., OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SSO) and managing identity across multi-tenant systems.
  • Application Migration & Integration: Experience migrating and modernizing applications, decommissioning legacy components, and integrating disparate systems.
  • CI/CD: Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment tools (e.g., GitHub actions).
  • Debugging and Performance Tuning: Strong skills in debugging, profiling, and performance optimization.
  • Security Best Practices: Knowledge of secure coding principles and best practices
  • DevOps Practices: Understanding of DevOps principles and efficient collaboration between development and operations teams (e.g., K8S, Terraform, IaC).
  • Agile Techniques: Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Automated Testing, User Stories, TDD, Continuous Delivery, and Pairing., Minimum 3 years in a technical leadership role, preferably with people management (e.g., Team Lead, Technical Lead, or similar role).

Hands-on expertise with cloud platforms and proven ability to work with remote teams.

Working proficiency in English.
