Systems Engineer

• Perform requirements analysis and management to ensure clear system definitions
• Design system architectures, interfaces, and integrations
• Conduct trade-off and risk analysis for optimal design decisions
• Lead verification & validation (V&V) activities
• Support system integration and lifecycle management
• Execute RAMS (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability & Safety) analyses
• Contribute to ILS / IPS (Integrated Logistic Support) activities
• Maintain strong stakeholder communication and collaboration
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and frameworks

These activities are essential to delivering successful system engineering solutions for complex environments.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Systems Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, or related field
• Experience in systems engineering within complex or safety-critical environments
• Knowledge of:
• Systems engineering methodologies (e.g., V-model)
• RAMS / ILS / lifecycle engineering
• Requirements management tools (e.g., DOORS, Jama, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch
• Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams
