Data Analyst

We’re looking for a Data Quality Analyst to play a key role in ensuring data across the organisation is accurate, complete, consistent, and fit for purpose. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, migration teams, and governance functions to identify data quality issues, uncover root causes, and implement sustainable improvements., * Perform data profiling and quality assessments across critical datasets

• Define and implement data quality rules and validation checks
• Investigate data anomalies and conduct root cause analysis
• Develop data quality metrics, dashboards, and reporting
• Support data governance initiatives, stewardship processes, and data standards
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to improve data quality at source
• Identify opportunities to automate data validation and cleansing activities

• Strong experience in Data Quality, Data Governance, or Data Analysis roles
• Hands-on SQL experience for data validation and investigation
• Experience with data profiling, reconciliation, and quality assessments
• Proven track record of root cause analysis and remediation
• Understanding of ETL processes and Data Warehouse environments
• Experience defining data quality metrics, KPIs, and dashboards
• Knowledge of Data Governance and Data Stewardship practices
• Exposure to Azure Purview, Collibra, Informatica, or similar tools is advantageous
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Experience working within regulated industries such as Utilities, Energy, Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare, or Government
