Job description

We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET Developer / .NET Lead with strong hands-on expertise in modern Microsoft .NET technologies, microservices architecture, AWS cloud services, and API development. The ideal candidate will have experience designing, developing, and supporting scalable enterprise applications within the Wealth Management / Financial Services domain. Candidates considered for Lead or Architect-level positions must be comfortable with hands-on application development and coding. Exposure to Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AWS Bedrock, Agentic AI, Prompt Engineering, and Vector Databases is highly desirable., Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using C# and .NET technologies. Develop modern applications using .NET Framework, .NET Core, and .NET 6/7/8. Design and implement scalable Microservices Architecture. Build and integrate secure REST APIs / RESTful Web Services. Develop solutions using Event-Driven Architecture principles and patterns. Design and implement cloud-native applications using AWS services. Develop serverless solutions using AWS Lambda and API Gateway. Implement asynchronous messaging and event processing using Amazon SQS and Amazon SNS. Develop workflow orchestration solutions using AWS Step Functions. Work with Amazon S3 and Amazon RDS for cloud-based data storage and database solutions. Participate in application architecture, technical design, development, testing, and deployment activities. Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and development guidance to engineering teams. Collaborate with architects, developers, product teams, and business stakeholders. Evaluate and integrate emerging Generative AI and LLM technologies into enterprise applications. Explore and implement RAG, AWS Bedrock, Agentic AI, Prompt Engineering, and Vector Database solutions. Ensure applications follow enterprise coding standards, scalability, security, and performance best practices. Requirements

Strong hands-on experience with C#. Extensive experience with .NET Framework. Strong development experience with .NET Core. Hands-on experience with .NET 6, .NET 7, and/or .NET 8. Strong experience designing and developing Microservices. Extensive experience developing REST APIs / RESTful APIs. Strong understanding of Event-Driven Architecture. Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS). Experience with AWS Lambda. Experience with Amazon API Gateway. Experience with Amazon SQS. Experience with Amazon SNS. Experience with AWS Step Functions. Experience with Amazon S3. Experience with Amazon RDS. Strong application design and enterprise software development experience. Hands-on coding and development experience. Strong understanding of scalable and cloud-native application architecture. Preferred Qualifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect certification. AWS Certified Developer certification. AWS Certified DevOps Engineer certification. Exposure to Generative AI (GenAI). Experience or knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs). Exposure to Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). Experience or knowledge of AWS Bedrock. Exposure to Agentic AI / AI Agents. Understanding of Prompt Engineering. Experience or knowledge of Vector Databases. Previous experience in the Wealth Management or Financial Services domain. Experience providing technical leadership to development teams.
