Job description
- Design high-fidelity user interfaces for web, mobile web, iOS, and Android platforms using Figma.
- Create wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and polished UI designs that effectively communicate product functionality and user experience.
- Develop and maintain reusable design components and contribute to simple design systems using Figma Auto Layout and Components.
- Apply strong visual design principles, including typography, color, spacing, layout, and hierarchy, to create clean and consistent interfaces.
- Structure intuitive information architecture and user journeys that address user needs and business objectives.
- Incorporate user feedback, usability testing insights, and product analytics into design iterations and improvements.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and cross-functional teams throughout the design lifecycle.
- Prepare development-ready design files, including specifications, annotations, and assets for seamless engineering handoff.
- Clearly articulate design rationale, balancing user experience, business goals, and technical feasibility.
- Actively participate in design reviews, embrace feedback, and iterate quickly to improve design outcomes.
Requirements
We are looking for a UI/UX Designer with a strong foundation in user-centered design and a passion for creating intuitive, visually appealing digital experiences. The ideal candidate should be proficient in translating business and user requirements into thoughtful design solutions, collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality web and mobile experiences., * Strong proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, Components, Variants, and design libraries.
- Experience creating interactive prototypes using Figma, ProtoPie, or similar prototyping tools.
- Solid understanding of responsive design principles and designing across multiple platforms and screen sizes.
- Strong knowledge of UI design fundamentals, including typography, color theory, layout, spacing, and accessibility best practices.
- Experience creating wireframes, user flows, information architecture, and interaction designs.
- Ability to interpret user research findings, usability testing results, and product analytics to drive design decisions.
- Experience preparing organized design documentation and collaborating effectively with engineering teams.
- Basic understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript) is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain design decisions using user insights and business context.
- Demonstrated ability to receive feedback positively and iterate efficiently in a fast-paced product environment. *
