Job description

  • Support existing data exchange of ADT, VXU, and RDE messages, as well as other HL7 message types, from the OMH systems in real time to the Qualified Entities.
  • Create diagrams and documentation for application and infrastructure architecture.
  • Help debug Java applications for complex problems pertaining to existing API.
  • Architect, develop, and manage the move to new supported infrastructure.

Requirements

  • Makes high-level design choices and dictates technical standards, including software coding standards, tools, and platforms. Designs multi-leveled architecture or component interactions of a large scale software system., * This is an 100% Onsite.
  • 84 months experience in designing, coding, testing, maintaining, upgrading (including deprecation/gap analysis) and debugging Java 8/J2EE distributed applications, including REST, domain model Microservices, Spring Boot, API gateway, web services, etc.
  • 84 Months experience in API design and implementation (remote vs local APIs, routing and reverse proxying, load balancing, optimization techniques).
  • 84 Months experience designing secure applications using SSDLC, security APIs, transport and message layer security, encryption and decryption algorithms for data security, SAML and Multi factor authentication.
  • 84 Months experience using version/source control, continuous integration, deployment and testing.
  • 48 Months experience in programming public sector government IT projects.
  • 48 months experience with ensuring HIPAA Guidelines, including data encryption, are met and followed.
  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS or equivalent in a relevant technology field from an accredited institution. A copy of the degree must be submitted with the Candidate Response Form.
