Liquid Cooling Program Manager (Data Center Infrastructure) in Hayward

We are seeking a Liquid Cooling Program Manager to lead the delivery and operational execution of liquid cooling projects across the United States. This role is responsible for the deployment, commissioning, and ongoing support of Cooling Distribution Units (CDUs), Rear Door Heat Exchangers (RDHx), secondary piping systems, and related infrastructure., The ideal candidate combines technical expertise in data center mechanical systems with strong program management, partner oversight, and customer-facing leadership. You will play a key role in building and scaling our liquid cooling services organization to support AI and high-density computing environments., * Lead end-to-end delivery of liquid cooling deployments from planning through commissioning and customer handoff \n

• Manage multiple concurrent projects involving CDUs, RDHx systems, secondary coolant loops, manifolds, piping infrastructure, and controls \n

• Develop project plans, schedules, resource forecasts, and deployment strategies \n

• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to customer expectations \n

• Serve as the primary escalation point for project delivery and field service issues \n

• Manage relationships with OEMs, installation partners, commissioning firms, and mechanical contractors \n

• Qualify, onboard, and oversee subcontractors performing installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair services \n

• Oversee installation, startup, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting activities \n

• Develop and maintain SOPs, maintenance procedures, and service documentation \n

• Build, train, and mentor a growing team of field technicians and service engineers \n

• Develop service coverage models, training programs, and workforce planning strategies \n

• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers deploying AI and high-density computing environments \n

• Support sales and pre-sales teams with technical expertise and delivery planning \n

• Establish service delivery frameworks, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives \n

• Collaborate with operations, engineering, sales, and supply chain teams to drive execution excellence \n

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Facilities Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience) \n

• 7+ years of experience in data center infrastructure, mechanical systems, facilities operations, or critical environments \n

• 3+ years of experience managing infrastructure projects, service programs, or field operations \n

• Experience with liquid cooling systems, CDUs, RDHx, chilled water systems, mechanical piping, or HVAC systems \n

• Experience managing subcontractors, vendors, and field service providers \n

• Strong project management, organizational, and customer-facing communication skills \n

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment \n

• Willingness to travel up to 40% domestically \n

• Valid driver’s license and ability to access customer data center facilities \n, * Experience supporting AI, HPC, or high-density data center environments \n

• Familiarity with liquid cooling manufacturers such as NVIDIA, Vertiv, CoolIT Systems, Motivair, or Schneider Electric \n

• PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials \n

• Experience building field service organizations or service delivery programs \n

• Knowledge of commissioning processes and mission-critical facilities \n

• Understanding of data center construction and MEP trades \n
