We are seeking a Senior .NET Developer with strong Oracle Primavera Unifier experience to support and enhance enterprise applications for a Mississippi state agency. The ideal candidate will maintain and configure Oracle Primavera Unifier (v26.6+), develop and upgrade .NET applications, and support mission-critical business processes. A major responsibility includes upgrading an existing reservation system from .NET Core 8 to .NET 10 while collaborating with internal teams. Key Responsibilities
