Requirements

  • 5+ years of Salesforce experience with Managed Services/Application Support.
  • Strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, FSL, Experience Cloud, and Copado.
  • Hands-on experience with Flows, Apex, Triggers, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce integrations.
  • Experience leading Salesforce support, triage, backlog management, and SLA-driven issue resolution.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce solution design and platform best practices.
  • Experience supporting multi-org environments and managing break/fix enhancements.
  • Ability to lead offshore teams and provide technical guidance.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

  • Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator
  • Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
  • Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist
