Job description
As a Senior Product Designer at DAZNBet, you’ll help shape the next generation of our Betting, Gaming, and Streaming products. Working closely with international cross-functional teams, you’ll design intuitive, effective, and scalable user experiences that solve complex business problems, from refining design systems to optimising key user journeys.
Pls, mention your portfolio in your resume - Its mandatory, we are seeking independent portfolios, we are not shortlisting platform based portfolios like Behance/Dribble
You’ll be embedded within a multidisciplinary team spanning UX, Product Management, and Engineering, framing user needs and behaviours, defining optimal user flows and interactions, and delivering thoughtful, research-grounded design work that genuinely delights our users.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead end-to-end design across the full product lifecycle, from discovery through to delivery.
- Shape product vision by collaborating with peers to identify opportunities, define desired outcomes, generate ideas, and run assumption tests to drive prioritisation.
- Craft beautiful, purposeful interfaces where aesthetics and motion work together, using micro-interactions to enhance usability, not just appearance.
- Build conditional prototypes to illustrate logic and gather real feedback from stakeholders and testers.
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops and Agile ceremonies, partnering with Product Managers and Engineers to discover, refine, and launch features.
- Create detailed user flows and wireframes that clearly communicate UX decisions and the rationale behind them.
- Track and measure impact through user feedback and data insights, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Maintain UX documentation covering design elements, patterns, layouts, and user flows, including usage guidelines and best practices.
Requirements
- Experience in UX design, interaction design, information architecture, or a closely related discipline.
- Proficiency in Figma and other design and conditional logic prototyping tools, backed by a strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality digital products that deliver measurable results.
- Expert knowledge of the end-to-end product design process, including product strategy, user research, journey mapping, information architecture, interaction design, and UI design.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale and convey complex concepts clearly across diverse audiences and organisational levels.
- Extensive experience applying user-centred design processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product Management, and Research.
- Solid accessibility knowledge, including WCAG guidelines, component- and page-level evaluations, and a history of advocating for accessibility improvements.
- A working understanding of front-end development and technical constraints, enabling effective and empathetic collaboration with engineering teams.
- A proactive, systems-thinking approach, comfortable navigating ambiguity and translating it into tangible outcomes through design thinking methodologies.
