SAP Plant Maintenance Consultant

• SAP PM Configuration: Configure and customize PM to align with maintenance processes and business requirements
• Preventive Maintenance Planning: Develop and manage strategies, including work order scheduling, to reduce equipment downtime and extend asset lifecycles
• Data Management: Maintain accurate master data, equipment records, and maintenance task lists within SAP PM to support informed decision-making and efficient maintenance operations
• Business knowledge of maintenance and service processes, and strategic asset management
• End-user Training and Support: Ensure they can effectively use SAP PM for their daily maintenance activities
• Team Management: mentor junior PM consultants of various levels of expertise; providing guidance, training, and support to enhance their skills and contribute to project success, * Flexibility & Autonomy: Work from clients, from home, from Capgemini office or even sometimes from abroad - to work the way that works for you.

• 5+ years of SAP Plant Maintenance configuration, implementation and optimization
• Analytical problem-solving abilities to identify issues and propose innovative solutions
• Knowledge of QM, EH&S, MRS, Work Force Management, Logistics, S/4HANA Service or CRM is an added value
• Result-driven & focused on delivering quality
• Fluency in Dutch and professional working proficiency in English
