IT Engineer (ERP & Business Application)

Resolve ERP support case on ERP/Reporting/Automate processing/Data processing, etc. Working with ERP consultants and learning skills from consultants. Handling BPA system, Handling ERP related project. Install/Test/debug the handheld scanner. Create/Revise SSRS Report as needs.

Objective of the job

1. Ensure the normal operation of ERP system business processing, solve ERP problems, and optimize business

processing efficiency.

1. Collect the requirements of each business system, providing solutions according to the needs of the business

1. Proficient in Database Technology, such as SQL query, DATA analysis, Reporting, etc.

2. Responsible, with good communication and coordination skills.

3. Understand with manufacturing production, planning, supply management and other processes. able to design the

automate process workflow.

Requested profile

• College Degree in Information Technology.
• Familiar with DATABASE, such as SQL scripts, stored procedures, triggers, etc.
• Familiar with zero-code/low-code programming tools such as Power Automate, BPA
• Familiar with Exact Globe ERP is preferred.
• Familiar with one or more programming language (C#, Java, Python, PHP) is preferred.
• Good knowledge of English language., * Bachelor’s (Required)

Experience:

• inhouse IT Support: 3 years (Required)
