Data Operations Engineer /)

This role operates on a late-shift schedule (1:00 PM - 9:00 PM CEST) to support our globally distributed project teams across the US and Canada., * You will become a subject matter expert on our NavVis IVION SaaS and will work on setting up, fine-tuning, and managing our customer solution

• After a structured onboarding, you’ll work with diverse spatial data including 3D scans, point clouds, floor plans, panoramic images, and 3D models
• As 3D Data Admin for one of the customer’s global production sites, you’ll manage all incoming 3D data, owning processing, quality assurance, spatial data setup, and data delivery
• You will also interact with multiple interfaces:
• Reality Capture Service Provider: receive data, check and approve data quality, communicate/manage data re-work
• Project Manager: track progress of incoming raw data, share quality control results and report final data delivery
• End Customer: report quality control as well as the data delivery progress

• You are excited about working with large-scale spatial data (3D scan data, point clouds, 360 panorama images, 3D building models) and enjoy a global work environment
• You have a degree in Geovisualization, Geomatics, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Surveying Civil Engineering or a similar field of study
• Knowledge of geographic coordinate systems and a good spatial awareness
• Your persistence and diligence will help deliver a high-quality 3D solution to our customer
• Eagerness to deliver high-quality results to our large Enterprise clients
• Your proactiveness will help you to keep all your relevant stakeholders informed and escalate issues quickly
• Your organized, structured and reliable way of working will help you to manage your own tasks and time independently
• Ability to communicate efficiently in business English, and ensure seamless collaboration with both external subcontractors and project managers alike
