Oversee and steer the full People technology transformation portfolio, ensuring alignment across all initiatives and with overall business priorities Drive major transformation programs including SuccessFactors implementation (waves 3+4), SAP HCM harmonization, and future platforms (service platform, business warehouse) Ensure alignment between individual projects and the overall People technology roadmap and target landscape Coordinate dependencies, risks, and priorities across programs, platforms, and regions Closely collaborate with regions on a consistent approach to global and regional people technology support and operations and create synergies where possible Enable effective regional rollout management and ensure consistency across geographies while allowing for required local adaptations Ensure that transformation initiatives are connected to business value, operating model changes, and process standardization Collaborate closely with product owners, architecture, and technology teams to ensure smooth transition from project delivery into stable operations Establish governance, standards, and delivery approaches for People technology transformation Monitor overall progress, delivery performance, and value realization across the transformation landscape, The Lead People Transformation Technology oversees the full People technology transformation landscape, ensuring a coherent portfolio, aligned architecture, and successful delivery of major initiatives, while leading a team responsible for driving and executing the technology transformation agenda. This role drives end-to-end transformation across platforms, data, and service solutions, connecting project execution with long-term strategy. The role ensures that all People technology initiatives such as SuccessFactors rollout, SAP HCM harmonization, and future service and data platforms deliver integrated, scalable, and business-relevant outcomes, while building team capability and fostering a high-performing, collaborative environment. This role can be based in Europe or Asia.
Requirements
Degree in business information systems, computer science, business administration, human resources, or a related field, ideally with a focus on technology and digital transformation 8+ years experience in large-scale HR / People technology transformation, including SAP SuccessFactors and legacy system landscapes (e.g., SAP HCM) Strong understanding of technology portfolio management, enterprise architecture, and platform integration Proven experience managing complex, multi-stream transformation programs across regions Experience with global rollouts and coordinating regional deployment models Strong ability to connect strategy, architecture, and execution into a coherent transformation approach Deep understanding of HR processes, systems, and service delivery models Strong stakeholder management skills across business, HR, and IT Structured, strategic thinker with strong execution focus and problem-solving capabilities Ability to manage complexity and interdependencies while maintaining clear direction and prioritization
