Job description

What you’ll bring: With a good knowledge and practical experience of successful software application development using MS SQL and Microsoft.NET Core (ASP.NET, C#.NET and Restful API) within the Azure platform, you will work as part of an Agile development team, working with a variety of stakeholders from across the University to develop integrations to support the implementation of the new student record system. You will also have excellent interpersonal and well-developed communication skills. Additionally, you’ll: Have good knowledge and competency in business analysis and design methodology. Have practical knowledge and hands on experience of developing within the Azure platform, e.g. Azure Functions, Service Bus, Event Grids. Have thorough knowledge of RDBMS e.g. SQL Server, Oracle. Have practical knowledge of web development including, CSS, HTML, HTTPS. Have practical, 6-9) Membership of the Local Government Pension Scheme with generous monthly contributions. Requirements

knowledge of secure programming techniques e.g. OWASP, both generally and for the adopted programming languages. Be able to design technical solutions to meet strategic and business requirements.
