Job description
We’re looking for an ICT Implementation & Support Technician to support our growing business. This is a hands-on role combining IT support, office implementations and project work. You’ll help deliver new office openings, support existing services and work with colleagues and suppliers to keep our technology running smoothly.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver ICT implementation projects and support new office openings, relocations and closures.
- Install and configure laptops, desktops, mobile devices and office IT equipment.
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support for Microsoft 365, Windows and business applications.
- Support office networks, Wi-Fi, printers and user accounts.
- Manage Service Desk tickets and work within agreed SLA targets.
- Work with third-party suppliers to resolve technical issues.
- Maintain IT assets, documentation and implementation plans.
- Support cyber security, system maintenance and technology improvements.
Requirements
- Experience in an IT Support or Technical Support role.
- Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID or Active Directory.
- Good understanding of networking, including Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS and DHCP.
- Experience configuring PCs, laptops, printers and mobile devices.
- Experience supporting IT projects or office deployments.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication and customer service skills.
- Experience using an IT Service Desk system.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Desirable
- Health or Social Care experience.
- Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Central or similar device management tools.
- Microsoft Azure or ManageEngine.
- Cyber Essentials knowledge.
- ITIL or Microsoft certifications.
- PowerShell or automation experience.

- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential. Regular travel to company locations is required and business mileage will be reimbursed.
