IT Project Manager

The Mississippi Library Commission is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to manage E-Rate technology initiatives supporting public libraries across Mississippi. The ideal candidate will have extensive IT project management experience, strong knowledge of the USAC E-Rate Program, procurement, contract administration, strategic planning, and vendor coordination while working with library stakeholders to secure federal telecommunications funding., * Manage E-Rate projects and coordinate technology initiatives for public libraries.

• Perform site assessments and evaluate technology infrastructure and end-user device requirements.
• Prepare and submit E-Rate funding applications through the USAC Portal.
• Respond to Program Integrity Assurance (PIA) reviews and funding inquiries.
• Manage procurement activities, contracts, and vendor relationships.
• Develop strategic plans, policies, and standard operating procedures.
• Coordinate ISP and vendor migrations.
• Collaborate with library directors and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
