About the job * Jenkins platform management - must have managed and maintained a Jenkins platform (not just created pipelines) * Should be able to speak to: number of users supported, number of jobs running, platform governance * AWS - hands-on experience required * Python coding - hands-on development skills expected * CI/CD pipeline expertise - deep practical knowledge RESPONSIBILITIES: * Hands-on, not a people manager in the traditional sense, though will lead a team * Team will be Charlotte-based, so strong preference for local candidates * Must be able to own and operate DevOps tooling, not just consume it
