-
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to iterative delivery, estimation, backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives.
-
Partner with architects and senior technical leaders to implement established architecture patterns and make practical engineering recommendations without owning enterprise architecture direction.

Contribute to engineering quality through code reviews, unit and integration testing, CI/CD practices, documentation, observability, and production support practices.
-
Apply responsible AI, data privacy, security, and compliance considerations when building AI-enabled features and internal software assets.
-
Mentor junior developers, share engineering best practices, and help raise the overall quality and consistency of the asset development team.
