Jr IT Administrator

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Jr IT Administrator to join our dynamic technology team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting the management and maintenance of our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless system operations, security, and performance. Duties

• Assist with the configuration, deployment, and management of end user devices & servers
• Support system tuning, performance optimization, and troubleshooting Windows.
• Manage Microsoft Entra Active Directory accounts and permissions to ensure secure access controls
• Travel if needed within 2 offices (5 minutes) to support end users on simple issues

• Strong understanding of Microsoft Entra, Azure, etc…
• Hands-on experience with IT infrastructure components such as Active Directory management, network configuration (DNS, DHCP), firewalls, VPNs, load balancing solutions, and information security practices
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to operating systems (Windows/Linux/UNIX), network connectivity (DNS, VPN).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure for deploying scalable solutions
• Strong problem-solving skills combined with excellent communication abilities to support technical troubleshooting efforts effectively
