Sage Intacct Implementation Consultant

DWD Technology Group is seeking a Sage Intacct Implementation Consultant to join our growing ERP consulting team. This individual will work closely with clients to implement, configure, and support Sage Intacct solutions., · Implementation Delivery: Participate in the full implementation lifecycle, taking on independent module configurations and eventually leading projects as your experience grows.

· Requirements Gathering: Gather and document client requirements through collaborative discovery sessions.

· System Configuration: Configure Sage Intacct modules including GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, and core operational applications.

· Data & Analytics: Assist with data migration, validation, comprehensive system testing, and reporting/dashboard design.

· Client Enablement: Provide end-user training, develop clean system documentation, and support go-live activities.

· Optimization: Support post-implementation optimization to help clients scale.

· Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal project managers and consultants to ensure successful project delivery.

Best Practices: Identify opportunities to improve client processes using modern ERP best practices.

We welcome candidates with prior ERP or Sage Intacct experience, but we are also open to recent accounting and finance graduates who are eager to build a career in consulting. For entry-level candidates, we provide a structured mentorship and training pathway to set you up for success. Candidates who hold a CPA license or are actively pursuing CPA certification are strongly preferred., · Direct experience implementing or supporting Sage Intacct, Sage 100, or other mid-market ERP/accounting systems.

· A background in technology implementation consulting or public accounting.

· Strong familiarity with financial reporting, dimensional accounting, consolidations, and multi-entity environments.

Path B: Entry-Level / Graduate Candidates

· Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

· Strong understanding of foundational accounting principles (GAAP).

· Internship, coursework, or a strong interest involving accounting systems and data logic.

· Curiosity about how business processes and operational data flow into financial reporting and the general ledger.

Certifications & Skills (All Levels)

· CPA: CPA preferred or actively pursuing.

· Sage Certifications: Sage Intacct certifications, or a strong willingness to obtain them through our supported training program.

· Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into system logic.

· Communication: Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.

· Organization: Highly organized with the ability to manage tasks across multiple client projects.

· Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general business applications.

Work Environment

· Flexibility: Hybrid/remote flexibility.

· Travel: Occasional travel for client visits, conferences, and trade shows (typically less than 20%).
