Job description

Configure temperature monitoring probes using a mobile app and Bluetooth.
Install and activate devices at physician offices.
Verify network connectivity and successful data transmission.
Document installations and maintain deployment records.
Travel between locations (mileage reimbursed).
Provide professional customer service while working with clinical staff.

Requirements

1+ year of technical deployment, desktop support, or field service experience.
Basic knowledge of mobile devices, Bluetooth, PCs, and networking.
Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and travel between sites.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
