Job description
Reporting to the Director of Technology Operations, the Application Integration Specialist ensures secure and efficient data flow between enterprise applications and platforms. This key role provides technical support, troubleshooting, and training to internal users and serves as the primary technical contact for software vendors and technology partners., * Design, implement, and maintain system integrations using APIs, middleware, and related technologies
- Coordinate with vendors and external partners on issue resolution, system upgrades, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with clinical, operational, and administrative teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application and integration issues
- Provide user support, help desk services, and issue escalation.
- Support data management, reporting, and database administration
- Ensure compliance with healthcare security and privacy standards, including HIPAA.
- Maintain technical documentation and deliver team member training.
- Participate in system testing, implementation, upgrades, and on-call support
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field required.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.
- Experience providing user training and developing technical documentation required.
- Experience with database administration, report writing, and data management required.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience supporting specialized software applications preferred.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Entra platforms preferred
- Experience supporting healthcare or other regulated technology environments preferred.
