Job description

The consultant will work closely with both U.S. and Dubai-based teams to ensure reliable, scalable, and secure data exchange while maintaining data integrity across systems., * Design, develop, test, and deploy integrations between PeopleSoft Campus Solutions and Slate CRM.

  • Build secure and scalable data pipelines using Microsoft Azure Data Factory (ADF) or Azure Pub/Sub/Event Grid.
  • Develop ETL processes to transfer admissions and student data between systems.
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to perform complex data mapping and transformation.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues, payload errors, and data inconsistencies.
  • Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and technical discussions with the Dubai-based IT team starting at 6:00 AM EST.
  • Produce comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, API endpoints, data mappings, and error-handling procedures.
  • Support knowledge transfer and project handover at the end of the engagement.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions (SIS) development.
  • Experience building integrations using Azure Data Factory (ADF) or Azure Pub/Sub/Event Grid.
  • Experience integrating with Technolutions Slate CRM using APIs, SFTP, or Webhooks.
  • Strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Oracle SQL and PL/SQL development experience.
  • Experience with ETL, data pipelines, JSON/XML transformations, and data validation.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with globally distributed teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Availability for daily meetings at 6:00 AM EST.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Higher Education industry experience.
  • Experience supporting international campuses.
  • Knowledge of Student Information Systems (SIS).
  • Familiarity with FERPA and higher education data security/compliance standards.
  • Agile/Scrum experience.
