Job description

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Mid Java Developer to join our dynamic development team. You will work in a fast-paced setting that values creativity, continuous learning, and impactful contributions., * Develop, enhance, and maintain backend systems using Java, C#, Python, and related technologies to ensure optimal performance and scalability.

Design and implement RESTful APIs, SOAP web services, and microservices architectures to support seamless system integrations.
Collaborate with front-end developers to create engaging UI/UX experiences utilizing React, Angular, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap.
Participate actively in Agile software development processes including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, code reviews, and retrospectives.
Conduct system design activities using UML diagrams for application architecture and distributed computing models.
Write comprehensive unit tests to ensure code quality and facilitate continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using tools like GitHub, TFS, Jenkins, or GitLab.
Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across multiple environments including Linux and Windows servers; optimize database queries for MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, or Oracle databases.
Implement security best practices for application development while ensuring data integrity and compliance with industry standards such as WCF, SOAP/REST APIs.

Requirements

Proven experience in Java development along with familiarity with C#, Python or Ruby on Rails for backend services.
Strong understanding of web development principles including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular), AJAX, JSON/XML data formats.
Hands-on experience with system design for distributed systems and microservices architecture using AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
Proficiency in version control tools such as GitHub, GitLab, SVN or TFS; familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment processes.
Knowledge of database design principles along with experience working with SQL (T-SQL), PL/SQL for MySQL, PostgreSQL or Microsoft SQL Server environments.
Expertise in application design patterns like OOP (Object-Oriented Programming), MVC frameworks (e.g., ASP.NET MVC), UML modeling.
Familiarity with web services standards including RESTful API development and SOAP protocols; experience integrating third-party APIs.
Ability to develop scalable applications considering performance optimization techniques such as multithreading and caching strategies.
Experience working within Agile methodologies; excellent debugging skills using Visual Studio or Eclipse IDEs; familiarity with unit testing frameworks.
Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker; experience with Shell scripting (Bash), XSLT transformations; familiarity with application servers such as IIS or Tomcat is a plus.
