Job description

  • Lead execution for a complex technical project.
  • Oversee and lead a team of lead developers and senior developers.
  • Responsible for the overall monitoring and coordination of all the coding activities on the project.
  • Develop prototypes and evaluate alternate technical alternatives.
  • Structure the technical work for a medium to high complexity project.
  • Collaborate with the architecture team in the design of systems and application programs.
  • Establish and communicate technical goals and direction for the team.
  • Act as a source of direction, training, and guidance for less experienced staff.

Requirements
