Job description

Lead execution for a complex technical project.
Oversee and lead a team of lead developers and senior developers.
Responsible for the overall monitoring and coordination of all the coding activities on the project.
Develop prototypes and evaluate alternate technical alternatives.
Structure the technical work for a medium to high complexity project.
Collaborate with the architecture team in the design of systems and application programs.
Establish and communicate technical goals and direction for the team.
Act as a source of direction, training, and guidance for less experienced staff.

Requirements
