Requirements
This role requires deep expertise in React Native alongside strong native iOS and Android development skills - enabling the lead to bridge cross-platform and native implementations effectively. They are doing Brownfield Integrations. React Native Development & Implementation

- Lead feature development and enhancements for cross-platform mobile and web applications
-
- Expert proficiency in React Native, React, Expo/EAS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern development workflows
-
- Architect using the brownfield host-shell / mobile micro-frontend pattern, RN New Architecture (TurboModules, Fabric), Native Modules, and typed host bridge contracts
-
- Implement modern state management patterns (Redux Toolkit, Zustand, Jotai)
-
- Deep knowledge of performance optimization, memory management, and multithreading in cross-platform environments
-
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Bitrise, Fastlane)
-
- Write clean, testable, maintainable code across shared and platform-specific modules

- Working knowledge of Swift, UIKit, SwiftUI, and Objective-C
-
- Familiarity with modern iOS architectures (MVVM, VIPER, Clean Architecture)

- Familiarity with Swift Concurrency (async/await), Combine, and modern iOS technologies

- Experience with XCUITest and iOS performance profiling tools

- Knowledge of App Store submission and deployment processes

- Working knowledge of Kotlin/Java, Android SDK, and Jetpack libraries
-
- Familiarity with modern Android architectures (MVVM, MVP, Clean Architecture)

- Familiarity with performance, memory management, multithreading, and concurrency on Android
-
- Experience with Espresso and Android performance profiling tools
-
- Knowledge of Play Store submission and deployment processes
-
- Ensure strong testing practices: Jest/RNTL (unit), Detox/XCUITest/Espresso (E2E), and contract tests for the native/RN bridge
-
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across cross-platform, native bridge, iOS, and Android layers
-
- Maintain high standards for code quality, reliability, and maintainability across all mobile platforms
