Compensation: $12.00/hour during a 30-day trial period: plus commission and performance bonuses available after trial period. About the Position AMG Tech Support Services is looking for someone who can review IT field service opportunities, determine project costs, locate qualified technicians, and prepare profitable bids for clients across the United States. This isn’t just submitting bids. You’ll review project requirements, calculate labor and travel costs, communicate with clients and technicians, negotiate when appropriate, and help us win profitable work. Your work will directly impact the growth of our company. Responsibilities
- Review new project opportunities daily.
- Evaluate project scope and technical requirements.
- Calculate labor, travel, and material costs.
- Contact technicians to confirm availability and pricing.
- Communicate with clients regarding project details, scheduling, and pricing.
- Prepare and submit competitive bids and proposals.
- Track bid status through award or rejection.
- Coordinate awarded projects with Dispatch.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Look for ways to improve bid success and profitability.
Requirements
We’re looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to think critically. Experience in any of the following is preferred:
- Bid preparation or estimating
- Dispatching or project coordination
- Customer service or account management
- IT field services
- Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and spreadsheets
Knowledge of networking, POS systems, printers, structured cabling, telecommunications, Wi-Fi, CCTV, or remote support is a plus but not required.
Benefits & conditions
All new hires begin with a 30-day trial period at $12.00/hour. During this time, we’ll evaluate your ability to learn our processes, prepare accurate and profitable bids, communicate professionally, stay organized, and represent the company well. After successfully completing the trial period, you’ll remain at $12.00/hour and become eligible for:
- Monthly commissions
- Performance bonuses
- No cap on commission or bonus earnings
Example monthly earnings (24 hours/week):
- Base Pay: $1,248
- Commission: $450
- Performance Bonus: $250
