Job description

The Data & AI Enablement Lead drives enterprise-wide adoption of data, AI, analytics, and automation capabilities by developing enablement strategies, reusable resources, onboarding programs, and governance standards. This role partners with business and technology teams to improve data literacy, promote responsible AI usage, measure adoption, and lead enterprise enablement initiatives. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement enterprise enablement frameworks for data, AI, analytics, and automation platforms.
  • Create reusable enablement assets, including starter kits, templates, reference code, and onboarding materials.
  • Lead enterprise adoption initiatives across multiple business units.
  • Partner with product, engineering, and architecture teams to integrate enablement standards into delivery processes.
  • Develop dashboards and metrics to monitor adoption, engagement, and program effectiveness.
  • Mentor and coach enablement team members and technical advocates.
  • Promote data literacy and responsible AI adoption across the organization.
  • Serve as a liaison between business and technology teams.
  • Develop technical documentation and user guidance materials.
  • Support platform releases by ensuring enablement resources are available.
  • Identify opportunities to improve enterprise adoption and user experience.
  • Research emerging AI, analytics, and enablement technologies and recommend best practices.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to maximize business value from data and AI initiatives.
  • Perform additional data enablement and AI advocacy responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 6-8 years of experience in data, analytics, AI, or technology enablement.
  • Experience leading enterprise-scale enablement or adoption initiatives.
  • Knowledge of data platforms, AI technologies, analytics, and automation.
  • Experience developing enablement frameworks, onboarding programs, and technical documentation.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience with platform adoption metrics, dashboards, and usage analytics.
  • Leadership experience in Agile or product-based environments.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, mentoring, and facilitation skills.
  • Experience with community engagement or technical advocacy (preferred).
