Building Automation Systems Specialist

As a Building Automation Systems Specialist, you will play a critical role in enhancing the efficiency and performance of complex mechanical environments. You will leverage your expertise in HVAC controls and programming to optimize building operations, ensuring comfort and energy savings for our diverse client base. Responsibilities

• Execute the installation, programming, and commissioning of advanced building automation and HVAC control systems.
• Diagnose and resolve complex system malfunctions to restore optimal performance in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment.
• Drive energy efficiency by fine-tuning control sequences and integrating various building management platforms.
• Collaborate with project teams to deliver seamless start-up services for new construction and existing facility upgrades.
• Provide technical support and professional communication to ensure client satisfaction throughout the service lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations and modifications using industry-standard software.

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in building automation or HVAC controls.
• Proven proficiency in the Niagara framework (EC-Net, Webs, Lynxspring, or Vykon).
• Experience with Distech controller lines and GFX programming.
• Strong working knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and control integration.
• Ability to interpret and create technical diagrams using tools like Microsoft Visio or DraftSight.
• Possession of personal hand tools and a valid driver’s license with a clean record., * Familiarity with Facility Explorer / CCT software.
• Prior experience working with Honeywell control systems.
• Current OSHA 10-hour safety certification.
