Job Title: Network Support Service Locations: Barcelona, Spain Hours: 40 Hours per week Job Purpose The role will be responsible for the ATMs network expansion and support for Portugal, coordinating ATM onboarding procedures to ensure installations are delivered on time, within budget, and meet required quality standards. It also involves coordinating the correct maintenance of the ATM network to meet uptime objectives. Key Responsibilities - Develop, maintain and control a detailed Installation Plan. - Develop, manage and maintain effective supplier and customer relationships. - Manage new installation projects in coordination with internal and external stakeholders. - Daily monitor performance of the Cashzone ATM network communication flow with internal and external suppliers (maintenance, installation, CIT, security, cash forecasting, commercial, etc.). - Manage day-by-day support activities, including reporting, in line with uptime targets and revenue goals. - Work closely with all users to ensure uptime meets business needs. - Provide daily reports on network uptime status. - Provide local support to the company’s centralized operations functions. - Manage and maintain the ATM machines inventory and site records in dedicated systems. - Multi-task and make key decisions. Professional Requirements - Portuguese and Spanish required; English recommended. - Minimum 2 years’ experience in business operations or IT functions within banking, financial services, telecommunications, or retail. - Experience in the ATM industry is advantageous. - Experience in supplier management and managing KPIs & SLAs. - Knowledge of incident management processes (ITIL). - Strong decision-making ability in a fast-paced environment. - IT skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Experience in technical support (incident resolution), monitoring, and control of incidents. - Experience in reporting and advanced Excel skills. - Experience in CAU or helpdesk environments. - General computer skills.
