Job description

This exciting role will focus on developing the digital capabilities of both staff and learners through the effective use of Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft 365, Power Platform and emerging AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot. You will play a key role in supporting the College’s Digital Transformation Strategy, helping to create engaging learning experiences that enhance digital skills, innovation and technology-enhanced learning across the organisation., You will design, develop and deliver engaging digital learning and training programmes, supporting staff, learners and external clients to maximise the benefits of Microsoft technologies and modern digital tools.

Working collaboratively with curriculum teams and stakeholders, you will identify digital skills needs and develop innovative training solutions aligned to industry requirements and organisational priorities. You will also play a key role in the College’s Maker Space and TEL Hub activities, promoting digital innovation and future-focused skills development.

The role will involve supporting digital learning projects, enhancing learner engagement, contributing to commercial training activity and helping colleagues confidently adopt new technologies and approaches to teaching and learning.

Requirements

You will be passionate about digital learning and technology, with experience of designing and delivering high-quality training programmes for a range of audiences.

You will have strong practical knowledge of Microsoft 365, Power Platform and digital learning technologies, together with excellent communication and presentation skills. You will be confident working with colleagues at all levels, influencing change and supporting the adoption of innovative digital practices.

Generous Annual Leave, Health Scheme and alongside your salary an employers contribution of 16.30% is made as part of the Local Government Pension scheme.
