Job description

Juice is partnering with our client in the search for a temp to perm Solutions Engineer. This opportunity is a fantastic opportunity to join a start up and take your skills to the next level. This will be perfect for someone with a love for AI and data who also has strong customer service skills.

DAY TO DAY -

  • Be a front-line point of contact for customer technical support, helping to triage, investigate, and resolve issues raised through support tickets, email, calls, or internal escalations.
  • Help customers understand how to use the system effectively, especially during onboarding, configuration, and early product adoption.
  • Report and document bugs for the engineering team to be fixed
  • Act as a technical liaison between Sales, Customer Success, customers, Product, and Engineering.
  • Use AI tools responsibly to improve support, documentation, QA, onboarding, customer research, internal process improvement, and product feedback loops.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience using various AI platforms
  • Preferred familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Python, or SQL
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Good operational awareness/ multitasking
